“Just arrived in Kathmandu in Nepal and I’m hot on the trail of exotic Ikat fabrics. After visiting the Pashupatinath Temple, one of the monks noticed my necklace and suggested I visit a remote village where an elder collects antique Ikat fabrics. I’m about to go in to his home, and once I saw his horse and saddle I knew I was about to experience a once-in-a-lifetime event. Michelle may soon be receiving some very special fabric pieces.
