“Darling, I took a small detour on my way to India and ended up at the wonderful ruins of Aramea in Syria. Yes, I know civil unrest is rampant, but a svelte Italian gentleman said I must see these ruins! They’re fab, but Michelle, the dust! Luckily, a girl comes prepared and the silk wrap keeps my lipstick fresh. Did I mention my Italian is right over there looking at the most amazing mosaics. Don’t worry; I haven’t forgotten about you, after dinner he says he is taking me to a family that has a king’s ransom of semi-precious gems for sale.
